Hi! I’m Bre.
Through my work, I aim to inspire others to embrace a natural, whole-person approach to health—one that honors individual needs and fosters long-term vitality. As a Registered Dietitian (RD), National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I am passionate about motivating and guiding people to live a life full of abundance through health and wellness. With more than 15 years of experience and thousands of clients served, I have come to believe there is no one size fits all approach. Being a college athlete, now wife and proud mom of four children, I understand the importance of balancing a busy life with mindful self-care. My personal journey has taught me the value of prioritizing well-being and while gaining a deep appreciation for the healing power of food and living a low-toxin lifestyle. This perspective informs my approach, allowing me to connect with clients on a practical and empathetic level. No matter what area of your life you are looking to focus on, I will coach and support you every step of the way. When I’m not coaching or connecting with clients, I love spending time outdoors, gardening, boating, and caring for our backyard chickens.
Holistic Approach
The fast and often complex lives we lead today creates a hectic and stress filled environment that many times we are forced to live in. Not only am I here to help you live healthier, but to live simpler. I will work alongside you to eliminate the noise from outside and focus on thoughtful, practical lifestyle changes that will help you feel energized and confident. By offering nutrition, pantry organization, toxin reduction and lactation assistance, I can truly help to eliminate the pain-points in your personal health journey so you can be free to live and enjoy your life.
